White oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a food mushroom that has a very high nutritional content. The nutrients needed by white oyster mushrooms are carbohydrates (cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin), protein, fat, minerals (CaCO3), (CaSO4), and vitamins. The purpose of this study was to determine whether dry coconut husk (Cocos nucifera) and Sengon wood powder (Paraserianthes falcataria) can be the growth medium for white oyster mushrooms, as well as the amount of dry coconut husk (Cocos nucifera) and Sengon wood powder (Paraserianthes falcataria) which is the most important. effective for the growth of white oyster mushrooms. The treatment of white oyster mushroom media given was the ratio of Sengon wood powder: coconut husk, the amount was (100%), (90%: 10%), (80%: 20%), (70%: 30%), (60%: 40%), (50%: 50%). The results showed that the best mycelium growth in F1 culture occurred at levels of coconut husk 50% for 24 days of 9.75 cm. The growth of mycelium on F2 culture, the closest to the control was 20% coconut husk with a yield of 9.875 at 18 days incubation time. In F3 culture, the mycelium growth that was closest to the control was the treatment of 50% coconut husk, namely 16.75 cm in an incubation time of 30 days. The best harvesting age was shown in the media content of 100% Sengon wood powder with an age of 65.75 days, followed by 50% treatment of coconut husk with an age of 70.25 days. The best harvest weight was shown in the treatment of 50% coconut husk with a harvest weight of 128.75 grams.
