Oyster mushrooms are one of the biological sources and sources of vegetable proteins in addition to nuts, and are favored by the community. Oyster mushrooms are classified as edible wood mushrooms because they grow on weathered wooden substrates as well as on tree pieces. This study aims to see a comparison of the use of Ordinary Water and Yakult Water in Spraying Oyster Mushroom Baglog to Increase Production Results through Baglog Trimming in Agricultural Technology Research and Assessment Installation (IP2TP) Kayu Agung. This research is a pure experiment with a descriptive analytical approach conducted in February-March 2021. The results of this study indicate that in the mushroom baglog pruning, spraying with a water solution is carried out by spraying with water solution of A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3 and as a comparison in the form of spraying with plain water repetition of C1, C2, C3, D1, D2 at Several repetitions of baglog obtained results in the form of spraying using a solution of yakult water which was better for growing oyster mushrooms than ordinary water, namely the average harvest frequency in yakult water was 0.83 harvests with an average wet weight of 22.6 grams of mushroom harvest. Whereas for the average harvest frequency of 0.66 times the harvest with an average wet weight of 6.6 grams of mushrooms.
