Pembuatan Yogurt Sebagai Minuman Probiotik Untuk Menjaga Kesehatan Usus

Biotechnology is a process of utilizing microorganisms to produce a product that can be used by humans. Yoghurt is one of the popular fermented milk beverage product among the people. Yogurt is pasteurized milk which is fermented with certain bacteria (Streptococcus probiotic bacteria and Lactobacillus probiotic bacteria to produce a sour taste and distinvictive aroma. The main principle of the process of making yogurt is fermentation with lactid acid bacteria. The purpose of this practicum is to know the process of making yogurt and yogurt organoleptic test.
