Pollution in waters comes from industrial, urban and household waste. One material that pollutes a lot is LAS in detergent. Many efforts have been made to overcome this pollution, one of which is phytoremediation using water jasmine plants. Further measurement of phytoremediation results can be carried out by using a toxicity test using mujair fish. The purpose of this study was to 1) determine the level of toxicity of LAS content from phytoremediation of water jasmine plants on the mortality of mujair fish and 2) determine the movement of fish activity during the toxicity test. The type of research was experimental with control without phytoremediation on mujair consisting of initial control (K1) and final control after 7 days (K2) while the treatment factor was the toxicity test of phytoremediation results with water jasmine (K3). Parameters observed were the number of fish deaths and movement of fish swimming activity during the toxicity test. The toxicity test was observed for 1x24 hours. The data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively and statistically using the T test. The results showed that the toxicity levels were K1 (100%), then K2. (75%) and the lowest K3 (30%) and based on the results of the T test showed a significant difference. In observing the movement of the swimming activity of mujair fish, it was found that K1 was the slowest, then K2 was slightly slow and K3 was the most active.
