Abstract

This research is motivated by learning that is not only carried out at school, but also at home and in the surrounding environment without any time and space limitations. This study aims to determine the feasibility of Android-Based Mobile Learning Media with a Scientific Approach in High School Biology Subjects. This research is a quantitative descriptive study by conducting a feasibility assessment based on an expert review (including three media validators, three material validators, three language validators, and three education practitioners) using a questionnaire. Data analysis refers to the modification of Azwar's score range 1-5 with an interpretation of feasibility (very improper, inadequate, quite feasible, feasible and very feasible). The subjects of this study were validators consisting of 3 media validators, 3 material validators, 3 language validators, 3 practitioner validators. The research instrument used was a questionnaire sheet and validation sheet. The score of the validation result from the media expert was 103,3 with a decent category; the score of the validation result from the material expert was 101 with a very decent category; the validation score from the linguist was 57,3 with a very decent category; and the assessment result from the education practitioner was 85,6 with a very decent category.
