Abstract

Vaginal discharge (Fluor albus) is the one of symptoms of disorders of  female genitalia, it characterized by a yellowish white or grayish white discharge from the vagina. Basically, experiencing vaginal discharge is normal. But you need to be careful if this vaginal discharge is also caused by bacteria, viruses and fungi. Not only experienced by adults, this vaginal discharge is also often experienced by teenagers. Vaginal discharge will usually arise when we are undergoing a series of excessive daily activities. In general, this vaginal discharge does not require special treatment and will improve on its own. However, it is different if the vaginal discharge experienced is abnormal, this type must be treated immediately because it has the potential to interfere with the female organs and threaten fertility in the future. Vaginal discharge to watch out for is one that is yellow or gray-green in color, smells bad in large quantities and causes discomfort and is caused by a fungal infection. This can be overcome by drinking more water, consuming lots of vegetables and fruit, exercising regularly, and avoiding wearing too tight pants
