Implementasi Video Animasi Powtoon dalam Praktikum Pembuatan Biskuit Pisang Ambon Lumut (Musa acuminata Colla) Submateri Peran Tumbuhan di Bidang Ekonomi

Various media based on computer can accelerate student’s understanding of learning materials. Animation powtoon video in submaterial of plant roles in economy field as computered media that had been developed and validated was implemented in the form of laboratory work method. The research aimed to evaluate learning process of laboratory work aided with video of powtoon animation in making ambon lumut banana (Musa acuminata Colla) into banana biscuits. The research method was quantitatively descriptive. The research instruments were learning tools and students respons’ questionare with Likert scale. Laboratory work as a substitued method coud be conducted for submaterial of plant roles in economy field. Students responded positively to laboratory work very high (85.95%). Student cognitive, affective and psychomotoric aspect were evaluated also very high with 88.11, 83.09, and 83.09, respectively. In conclusion, laboratory work aided with video of powtoon animation coud be done for alternative learning process in plant roles in economy field.
